Having worked in the NHS for nearly two decades, I understand the stresses and strains which this work environment contains. Conversations with my colleagues has highlighted the desperate need for NHS staff to practice self care in order to achieve physical and mental wellness and prevent burn-out.

I offer bespoke days to health staff where you are invited to participate in self care practices, including yoga and meditation to teach you ways to not only survive, but to thrive, in your working life and beyond.
