This four week course is a self-hug for your body and mind. We will explore breathing and gentle movement, teaching how combining various breathing patterns with gentle postures can lead to life transformations. This course is suitable for everyone and there is no minimum level of fitness required.
Breathing well and moving well can truly change the way you feel, the way you think and the way you perform. We will acquire and experience scientifically proven strategies, which are easily implemented in everyday life and can help reinstate a feeling of calmness in both body and mind.
Please wear comfy clothes that you can move freely in. You will need to bring with you a cushion/pillow and a blanket. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, however a thick towel, blanket or picnic rug can be used instead.
