1:1 Exam Anxiety Package
This package has three components:
1) A 60 minute 1:1 session will be with Penny and held via zoom
During the hour Penny will discuss with you the student and your parent (if under 18) what your individual needs are.
She will conduct a comprehensive breath assessment
and
teach you how to optimise your own breathing pattern to:
- calm your nervous system,
- reduce your stresslevels,
- improve your sleep
- enhance your focus and concentration to optimise both learning and exam performance
2) You will also receive a written summary of your session including individualised breathwork tips and tricks for exam success.
3) Additionally you will receive the Breathe, Focus, Succeed audio recording download which you can utilise as frequently as you wish to help bring breathwork into your daily life.
After booking you will be contacted to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for your 1:1 session which must be before the end of June 2025.
